Ladle Nozzle

The Ladle Nozzles are part of the sliding gate plates set, which are divided into upper and lower nozzle.To meet the needs of continuous casting and reducing steel-making costs for steel plant, we have developed nozzle, which adopts tabular corundum and high pure graphite, adds in proper amount of additive and antioxidant, uses phenolic resin as binder, pressed under press machine.

Characteristic:
1.Excellent thermal shock resistance.
2.High strength at high temperature.
3.Excellent resistance to erosion.
4.Good resistance to rushing scour.

Application:
The Ladle Nozzles are used in the process of steel casting, widely used in large ladle, middle ladle and small ladle.
