Magnesia Alumina Carbon Brick

MgO 50%~80%
C 8%
Apparent Porosity 8%
Bulk Density ≥2.85g/cm3
Description
After the raw materials of magnesia-alumina-carbon bricks are evenly mixed, they are pressed and formed, and then baked at 150 to 220 ° C for 6 to 12 hours. Magnesia-alumina-carbon bricks have more excellent medium and high temperature strength, thermal shock resistance and oxidation resistance.
Technical Properties
Characteristics:
1.Good thermal performance.
2.Good thermal shock resistance.
3.Good oxidation resistance.

Application:
Magnesia-alumina-carbon brick is mainly used in the molten pool part and the bottom of the tundish and out-of-furnace refining bales.
