Low Cement Castable

Low Cement Castable is a kind of castable produced by using fine powder as binder, aluminate cement as coagulant, and adding some coal preventive agent and water reducing agent.

Low Cement Castable Characteristics:

1. Moderate olidification speed;
2. Good thermal shock resistance;
3. High load softening temperature;
4. Strong slag resistance;
5. High refractoriness.

Low Cement Castable Application:

Low-cement castables are suitable for high-temperature and medium-temperature zones of  heating furnaces, and the service temperature is between 1400 and 1500 °C.
